Matt Kalla has over 30 years of experience in the insurance business. He has been helping people find the right insurance solutions to meet their needs by building trusting relationships. Matt understands insurance can be complex. He breaks down those complexities, so his clients understand and feel confident about the products they purchase. Matt provides excellent customer and claims service by making himself available to his clients at any time.
Matt graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.A. Degree in Recreation Administration in 1989. Immediately after graduation, he started as a sales agent in his father’s State Farm agency. Matt later became a second-generation State Farm Agent in 2001. He decided to leave the captive insurance market and open his own insurance brokerage to better serve his clients by offering more competitive options. Matt is a very pro-active agent by helping his clients manage the risks they face in life, providing the guidance and knowledge they deserve.
Family and community are very important to Matt. He enjoys the opportunities to be involved in many organizations and being able to give back to the community.
